Professional Journey:

Tshepo began his career in August 2017 working at Transnet Freight Rail in the Legal Services Department, gaining insights into various legal aspects . He then embarked on his journey as an attorney by serving articles at a reputable law firm in Sandton in 2018. He continued to excel at the same firm, rising to the position of Associate in 2020, where he remained until July 2023. In August 2023, Tshepo joined MBA Incorporated as an Associate, bringing his extensive knowledge and expertise to the firm.

  • Advised Exxaro Resources Limited in relation to the restructuring and refinancing of its credit facilities-ZAR1 000 000 000
  • Advised a listed company in relation to the separation of its medical care and supplies business into separate entities and advised on the sale of the medical care business to a third party
  • Advised the Development Bank of Southern Africa (DBSA) in relation to a USD 4,200,000 project preparation facility.
  • Advising Anglo American (De Beers Group) in relation in relation to its preference share funding.
  • Advised the Limpopo Economic Development Agency with regards to the proposed acquisition of a mining business.
