TEBOGO is a seasoned Conveyancer  with over 18 years of post-admission experience. She earned her LLB and PGDip from the University of the Western Cape and has since honed her expertise in conveyancing and property law. She was admitted as an attorney in 2006 and as a conveyancer in 2009.

Professional Journey:

Tebogo’s career began at Bardien and Higgins Attorneys, where she served her articles from July 2000 to July 2006. She then joined Shireen Ahmed Kagee as an Associate from August 2006 to January 2009. After a break from practice to work as an Estate Administrator at Absa Trust and BOE Fiduciary from 2009 until 2011, she returned to practice in August 2011, joining DM5 Attorneys as a Conveyancer and later moving to Alan Levy Attorneys. In 2014, she became a Senior Conveyancer at Kgokong Nameng Tumagole Inc., then joined Gwcensa Attorneys until June 2016. She worked at MNS Attorneys from July 2016 until February 2024, before joining Motsoeneng Bill Attorneys as a Partner in March 2024.

Experience Highlights:

Some of the transactions he has been part of include but are not limited to:

  • Appointed by the CoJ to attend to comprehensive township analysis in terms of planning and formalization of less and/or unregistered Townships in the Gauteng Province
  • Appointed by the GDoHS to transfer properties from the government to end users as well as to conduct workshops educating transferees about the benefits and legalities associated with ownership of property
  • Appointed by the NEF to attend to the registration of mortgage bonds, registration of transfer of properties, bond registration as well as cancellation of mortgage bonds
  • Appointed by JPC (on behalf of CoJ) to attend to the registration of servitudes at the Deeds Office
  • Appointed by GDID to register transfers seventy (70) farms
  • A wealth of experience in Bonds for Standard Bank, FNB and ABSA.
