Siyanda joined MBA Incorporated as a candidate legal practitioner in 2023. Before joining MBA Incorporated, he participated in the graduate program at Sasfin Bank, where he attended classes on the development and innovation of the banking field, as well as the intersection of Banking Law and Cyber Law.

- Advised the City of Johannesburg Metropolitan Municpality on the drafting and implementation of the Military Veterans Policy.
- Advised the Gauteng Provincial Government through its implementing agent, the Gauteng Infrastructure Financing agency in the development of an 800 MW solar farm in the Merafong District.
- Advised the Mineworkers Investment Trust along with the Mineworkers Social Benefit Trust in restructuring its corporate affairs and BEE compliance status.
- Advised Energy Venture Capital in its OEM and EPC solar PV installation agreements.
- Advised Azishe in its intended acquisition of shares in the Durban Point Development Company.
- Conducted a due diligence on the bid proposals on behalf of the National Research Foundation.
- Conducted a due diligence on behalf of the Public Investment Corporation on its intended investment of ZAR 200 million into an investment fund.
- Facilitated the drafting of a legal opinion on the findings made by the Auditor General, on behalf of Services SETA.
- Facilitated and oversaw the negotiation and implementation of a 12-year bus operating company agreement. This agreement was initiated by the City of Tshwane in implementing the Integrated Rapid Public Transport Network which would merge the operations of the commuter buses and the minibus taxis.
