Professional Journey:
Refuoehape joined MBA Incorporated in March 2021 as a Candidate Attorney and has since demonstrated a keen interest in Commercial and Corporate Law, Forensic Investigations, and White-Collar Crime and Competition Law. Her dedication to these aforementioned areas has been evident through her company secretarial work and contributions to inter alia various commercial transactions, project finance transactions, and forensic investigations. She was admitted as an Attorney April 2024 and was subsequently promoted to Associate.

Refuoehape post-admission experience spans a wide range of practice areas, including but not limited to:
- Assisted RH Bophelo in drafting various transactional documents for the purposes of acquiring or subscribing for shares in RH Lesego HoldCo Proprietary Limited, RH Matjhabeng Private Hospital (Pty) Ltd; and Royal Buffalo Medical Group (Pty) Ltd.
- Prepared a legal opinion for Air Liquide on the BEE flow-through principle
- Facilitated the drafting of a legal opinion on the provisions of the Companies Act for Benguela Global Fund Managers Proprietary Limited
- Conducted a gap analysis assessment of Transnet’s constitutional documents with the Companies Act 2008, the Public Finance Management Act, King IV and applicable guidelines and policies.
- Assisted in providing PEP Stores with a legal opinion in relation to labour and employment matters.
- Conducted an analysis on behalf of the Information Regulator on applications for the processing of information in terms of the Protection of Personal Information Act.
- Assisted in preparing a legal opinion for Government Employees Medical Scheme in respect of the Medical Schemes Act and the rules and regulations by the Council of Medical Schemes.
- Conducted Buyer DDs in respect of the following companies: Samaritan Healthcare Proprietary Limited; Agility Health Proprietary Limited; Herolim Property Company Proprietary Limited; Rondebosch Heart Company Proprietary Limited; and Bronkhorstspruit Biogas Plan Proprietary Limited
