In 2019, while pursuing her LLM degree, Nonkululeko served her articles at a reputable boutique law firm in Bedfordview. She became admitted as an Attorney in May 2020, followed by her being admitted as a Conveyancer in February 2022, and as a Notary in August 2022. Nonkululeko specialised in Conveyancing, Notarial work, Deceased Estates, and Commercial Law at the aforementioned firm. In May 2023. She joined MBA Incorporated as an Associate in the Conveyancing & Notarial Department, and she does Regulatory and Commercial Law work together with the Litigation and Corporate Commercial Departments.

  • The notarial authentication and apostille for various clients, which included but is not limited to TymeBank, for use abroad.
  • The drafting of Public Transport By-Law for the City of Tshwane.
  • The registration of notarial bonds for the National Empowerment Fund and Gauteng Enterprise Propeller and the registration of mortgage bonds for ABSA and Nedbank.
