Advised Kantar, a multinational data analytics and brand consulting company, on the carveout of its businesses in Ghana, Nigeria and Singapore.
Acted for Adidas in the expansion of its global e-commerce business into several African countries where it currently has no legal or operational presence.
Acted for Aveng Africa (Pty) Ltd in its disposal of several of its non-core businesses.
Assisted Bidvest Protea Coin (Pty) Ltd with an empowerment transaction in the mining security sector, through the introduction of a broad-based black economic empowerment partner(s), including the submission thereof for registration as a “Major B-BBEE Transaction” with the B-BBEE Commission.
Acted for Impala Platinum Holdings Limited in its significant investment into the AP Ventures Fund II, a hydrogen focused venture capital investment fund operating out of the United Kingdom.
Advised Impala Platinum Holdings Limited in their acquisition of a significant stake in Royal Bafokeng Platinum Limited, a South African based mid-tier platinum group metals producer.
