EVANAH is a Candidate Legal Practitioner in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department. Her journey in the legal field has been marked by active involvement in various committees and roles, showcasing her commitment to and passion for the law.

Professional Journey:

During the years of studies, Evanah demonstrated her leadership skills and to this end, served as an Executive Member of several committees, including the Amnesty International University of Pretoria Chapter, and worked under the Transformation Office of the University of Pretoria. She also took on the role of a Student Policy Advisor. Evanah joined MBA Inc in 2022 as a Candidate Legal Practitioner and has since acquired significant experience across different departments at the firm.

  • Formed part of team on numerous matters dealing with the cancellation of awarded tender contracts and the litigation thereafter.
  • Part of team that prepared and drafted the Sponsorship Agreement between MBA Inc and South African Local Government Association (SALGA) for the National Legal Practitioners’ Forum 2022.
  • Provided Client with legal advice pertaining to the retrenchment of employees.
  • Formed part of a team that is representing Client in a Review Application in the Labour Court.
