PROFESSIONAL JOURNEY
Bonke obtained his Bachelor of Laws from the University of South Africa in 2011. His career path has been marked by valuable experiences and achievements.
From October 2012 to July 2020, Bonke worked at Labour court and Labour Appeal court, Drawing more than 10 years experience as a Judge’s associate , Bonke has an indepth understanding of the procedures of Labour and Labour Appeal court. This experience stands him in good standing when acting for clients in employment disputes. He then embarked on his journey as an attorney by serving articles at a reputable law firm in Sandton, specializing in employment law and labour. After completion of articles, joined Lawtonsafrica as an associate, where he gained valuable experience as was able to prosecute legal matters at the CCMA, Bargaining Council and the Labour Court.
In September 2025, Bonke joined MBA Incorporated as an Associate Attorney, bringing his extensive knowledge and expertise to the firm.

- Ensuring that pleadings are filed, file is paginated, indexed, heads of arguments are filed. Ensuring that notices of set downs are sent to the correct parties, correct fax numbers.

- Collecting files from the filing rooms, check the status of the case, issue relevant directions to the litigants, provide statistics of direction files attended to, Managing
- Preparing detailed pre-hearing memorandam, media summeries and opinions as well as identifying key issues in matters to be heard.
