Ayanda joined MBA Incorporated in January 2025 as an Attorney Designate. Prior to joining MBA Incorporated Ayanda started his legal career in 2022 as a paralegal at an international law firm and then subsequently served his articles from January 2023 to January 2025.

Participated in civil and action proceedings across various courts, managed court documents, liaised with the Sheriff, drafted notices and pleadings, attended to discovery, assisted in drafting of settlement agreements, opinions, drafted briefs, coordinated with counsel, advised on due diligences, providing insight of risks to legal exposure.
Drafting legal opinions, resolutions, formality certificates, and CP confirmation and satisfaction letters.
Reviewing and drafting a variety of transactional agreements and constitutional documents.
Conducting legal research and providing regulatory advice on corporate financial transactions, including cross border transactions as well as drafting and managing CP checklists and CP calls.
Assisting with and managing various legal due diligences, reviewing documents, drafting due diligence reports and consequential transaction documents including resolutions.
