SALGA Municipal Legal Practitioners’ Forum 2022: Opening Remarks

Insightful remarks delivered by Michael Motsoeneng Bill, Managing Partner of MBA Incorporated, on MBA Incorporated’s background, our Constitutional Mandate and the significance of having partnered with SALGA.

The opening remarks commence with the reflective question, “What is my part in creating a better South Africa today?”

Motsoeneng Bill Attorneys comprehends and has passionately heeded to the call for private entities to assume Constitutional obligations for themselves as emphasised in the Constitutional Court case of AllPay and others vs SASSA.

MBA Incorporated has grown to become a full-service law firm that goes beyond providing services, but partners with municipalities, state organs and government institutions in the discharge of our Constitutional mandate.

As such, MBA Incorporated has been involved in various matters that ensure the proper advancement of the Constitutional Mandate including, but not limited to, applications and enforcement of Preservation Orders and the freezing of pension funds, reviewing of forensic investigations that have yet to be implemented, as well
as the reporting of our own colleagues within the legal fraternity, who have failed to uphold the standards ethical conduct.

Motsoeneng Bill Attorneys is proud to have been the main sponsor of SALGA’s Municipal Legal Practitioners’ Forum 2022 and being part of the municipalities, state organs and government institutions and entities that convened with SALGA at this Forum, to share, explore and discuss possible courses of action in pursuit of creating
a better South Africa.
