Tatenda began his legal career at a venture capital and private equity firm, Beryl Holdings Proprietary Limited, holding various positions, including Business and Legal Consultant, Legal Counsel and Legal Advisor, over a period of 5 years. He then joined Mkhabela Huntley Attorneys Inc. where he spent 10 years practicing corporate and commercial law, advising private and public companies, including various State-Owned Companies and government departments.
