SIYANDA is a solution-driven Legal Graduate from The University of Pretoria. He possesses excellent etiquette and outstanding communication skills. Prior to joining MBA Incorporated he obtained over 9 months of legal experience at two different institutions. Siyanda ability to work in fast-paced environments is impeccable, he is able to meet strict deadlines and complete independent legal drafting as well as research.
Siyanda’s enthusiasm about a career in the legal field is sourced from the fact that law is one of the predominant overarching factors in reassuring the stability of our society. Boasting skills and characteristics such as analytical thinking, critical thinking, people engagement and research, he is keen to utilise said skills meaningfully to contribute towards the legal profession.
He has further worked as the Chief Councilor for the Council SA, where he assisted High School learners to understand and develop critical thinking techniques, by having informal moot competitions and debating events. The Council also assisted high school learners to apply for university and donated law textbooks. Siyanda has also worked as an Executive Member of Black Lawyers Association Student Chapter, where their mandate was to educate young learners about their constitutional rights and how they can exercise their rights.
