Thokwadi Mosima Seabela: Sexual harassment policy deficit at work

With violence against women rife, it's difficult to believe that some workplaces do not have clear sexual harassment policies. But research agency Columinate found this is indeed the case. Courtesy #DStv403

JOHANNESBURG - Research agency Columinate has found that some workplaces still don't have clear sexual harassment policies. Only half of the thousand companies it canvassed have clear way of dealing with harassment complaints.

This is despite 30-percent of women and 15-percent of men saying they have been subjected to unwanted sexual advances at work.
